W Initiative is a humanitarian foundation dedicated to improving quality of life for children and young people. W Initiative support projects that empower children through education, improve children's health, and increase equitable access to opportunities. W Initiative support initiatives in line with UNs Sustainability goals 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10. Gustav Magnar Witzøe is the founder and chair of the foundation. Eirik Bøe Sletten is the general manager of the foundation.
