W&M Society of 1918

Founded in 2018, during the centennial celebration of the admission of women to William & Mary, the Society of 1918 is committed to honoring W&M women by growing engagement, leadership and philanthropy at the Alma Mater of the Nation. With more than 600 members, we offer a multitude of opportunities to become involved, from diverse programming events to grant funding to student engagement. All are encouraged to join the Society of 1918 regardless of gender or alumni affiliation. Through our membership contributions to the Alumnae Initiatives Endowment, the Society of 1918 seeks to contribute meaningfully to W&M, and to foster a legacy of leadership and giving.
