WA-Alliance

The World Administrators Alliance is a non-profit trade association, representing Administrative Professional Association, Networks and Industry stakeholders across the globe. Our aims are to guide, develop, influence and elevate the administrative profession and to build a global community to enable administrative professionals the world over to speak with one voice.
The World Administrators Summit, first held in 1992 is a global meeting, bringing together the leaders of associations and thought leaders. Now held every two years, it brings together the best and brightest minds in the profession today. The delegates from each country discuss topics of importance to all administrative professionals and develop credible outcomes that are shared around the world, including the groundbreaking, award-winning Global Skills Matrix, launched in September 2021.
