The Washington Area Total Rewards Association (WATRA), previously known as the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA), is an affiliate of WorldAtWork, a nationally recognized organization dedicated to excellence in compensation and benefits. WorldAtWork is an international alliance of human resources organizations.
Our mission is to:
* Promote the growth and advancement of knowledge, programs, techniques, and practices in the fields of compensation and benefits.
* Facilitate the exchange of information, ideas, trends, and policies related to total rewards.
* Support ongoing professional development for members in these disciplines.
* Offer access to surveys and research at little to no cost.
* Provide networking opportunities with peers, industry professionals, and vendors.
