(WCE) was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 50 million baht and operates as a 100% Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI)-owned subsidiary. By 2021, WCE had increased its registered capital to 120 million baht. It stands as a subsidiary of SSI, one of Thailand's leading manufacturers specializing in hot-rolled coils for automotive, cold rolling, electrical appliances, steel coating industries, pipe gas cylinders, checkered plates, and cut sheets.
