Overview

About OOO

We design environments that shape experiences — and experiences that shape people. Out Of Office is a Brussels-based studio bringing together interior architects, designers, and change consultants. Our mission: to help organisations connect their values with the way they work, collaborate, and grow. We combine interior architecture and change management to create spaces that are not only functional and beautiful — but also meaningful. Spaces that foster trust, creativity, engagement, and collective impact. We design a wide range of spaces: from offices and headquarters to hotels, restaurants, coworking spaces, cultural venues and public institutions. Each project is a chance to align space with identity — and create environments that reflect who you are and where you're going. Our approach is rooted in deep listening, collaborative exploration, and bold ideas. We challenge assumptions, activate your purpose, and guide teams through transformation. Our services include: • Workplace strategy • Interior architecture & space design • Change management & cultural transformation • Experience design • Workshop facilitation • Event & coworking space (Studio 925, Uccle) We work with companies and institutions that dare to think differently.
