Founded in 1984, Wellington Management, Inc. is a family-owned, locally focused property manager, developer and community planner based in St. Paul. We currently own and manage a five-million SF portfolio of 100+ properties and 600+ commercial tenants, all within the seven-county Twin Cities metro area.
