About Outreach Center of West Houston
The Outreach Center of West Houston is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to being the leader of sustainable and innovative non-profit community platforms designed to provide a dynamic, safe facility offering restoring families and individuals while building a healthy community. This positively affects the local community through programs that improve opportunities and provide life-saving services. We will be the standard for other outreach centers.
OCWH plays a vital role in the welfare of the surrounding community by providing an affordable home for social service agencies, increasing the capacity and effectiveness of the nonprofit sector to meet local needs.
Our values are RESTORATION & PREVENTION; EDUCATION, PURPOSE & PRODUCTIVITY; LIFE-SAVING & LIFE-CHANGING.

A Community Vision:
Over 40 years ago, OCWH found its purpose and most valuable use in service to the local community. In 1996, Outreach Center of West Houston was incorporated as an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Sustaining the original vision, OCWH continues today to provide the community with a dynamic facility offering an array of programs and services through which individuals and families can restore purpose and productivity to their lives, learn new skills, develop healthy relationships and experience positive mental, physical, spiritual and emotional growth.
Our Mission:
To positively impact the local community by creating a platform for life-changing and life-saving programs.
