Texarkana Wilbur Smith Rotary Club is a group of neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. We strive daily to live our motto, Service Above Self, through our involvement and actions in the community. We meet every Thursday from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM at the Texarkana Convention Center.
