Each new teacher goes through a mentorship programme where experienced mentors handhold the trainees, show them the rope, and impart knowledge onto them, which allows them to maximize their potential and growth in the company. Nothing beats learning on the job when a new teacher experiences lesson observation, in-class teaching and marking students’ scripts.
