About XANGA Investment & Development Group
XANGA Investment & Development Group is a privately owned industrial developer and capital investment enterprise committed to serve the development of the city of Debrecen and the Eastern Hungarian Region. During the past decade XANGA has generated and implemented a great number of investment and development projects, as a result of which dozens of foreign and local enterprises launched their business operation in the city.
XANGA develops turn-key industrial facilities for its clients. The main locations for projects are XANGA's Science & Technology Park and the Airport Multimodal Logistics Centre - both are developed by XANGA Investment & Development Group.
Being the largest industrial developer in the region XANGA operates it’s 130 hectare Regional Innovation Science and Technology Park where such 160.000sqm industrial and service infrastructure has already been developed – partly in build-to-suit (BTS) construction and on speculative basis.
XANGA implemented a speculative 27.000sqm logistics infrastructure development at the Airport Multimodal Logistics Center right next to Debrecen International Airport as owner of the long-period lease rights for a 12 hectares area beside the apron of the airport. Here XANGA offers warehouses and offices for its partners having tenants like Coca-Cola, Hungarian National Tobacco Shop Supplier, DPD, WizzAir, Airport Debrecen etc.
