The XAO DAO is the world's first Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) on the XRP Ledger. Our mission is to Empower Collaboration within the XRP community and fuel the next generation of innovation in decentralized ledger technology and online digital communities.

The XAO DAO is a legally registered Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in the State of Wyoming, United States of America. The XAO DAO, LLC was legally registered in June of 2025 as one of the first DAOs to utilize the state DAO legal framework.
