We help healthcare leaders break through job plateaus and reach the top of their field. With over 25 years of firsthand experience in the healthcare industry, I've navigated roles from bedside nursing to leading the emergency department, culminating in my appointment as the Administrative Director of Emergency and Outpatient Services in less than three years.
We at Xceeding The Mark are experts at helping healthcare leaders figure out how to advance their careers. Having been thrust into leadership without formal training, I intimately understand the twists, turns, and potholes that can make leadership challenging. This personal journey fuels my passion for executive coaching.
