XLR8 Medical is led by Jay Sanchez, a former Wall Street Institutional Investment adviser turned medical device sales professional. Over the last two-decades, Jay has built a decorated sales and marketing career at big medtech firms like Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic, as well as hot startups like Visualase, Surgical Theater, and Inari Medical. He founded XLR8 Medical in Fall 2022, and has since assembled a team of commercial and clinical professionals across the continental US & Caribbean, and a multi-disciplinary cadre of physician advisors all aligned to the purpose of accelerating healthcare!
