About XLRI PhD
XLRI offers two doctoral programs, FPM and EFPM.
The Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) at XLRI is a full-time, residential doctoral program offering studies in different fields of management and functional areas. The program trains prospective scholars to become skilled and innovative researchers and teachers in management. It aims at preparing students for careers as faculty members at premier academic institutions and for positions outside academics requiring advanced research and analytical capabilities.
The Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) is a non-residential doctoral program offering studies in different fields of management and functional areas. The program has been designed to cater to the scholarly needs of working executives, managers, faculty members, and researchers, who are unable to commit to a full-time residential doctoral study. The program trains its students to become skilled and innovative researchers and teachers in management. It aims at preparing students for careers as faculty members at premier academic institutions and for positions outside academics requiring advanced research and analytical capabilities.
