The Reserve bank of India has issued a FFMC (Full Fledged Money Changer) licence to Xotik Travel and Forex to undertake Foreign Exchange Transactions. XTF (Xotik Travel and Forex) also offers a broad spectrum of Travel and Related services such as Foreign Exchange, International Money Transfer, Travel Insurance, International and Domestic Leisure Holidays, Corporate Incentive Group Tours (MICE), Destination Management Services, Flight Ticketing, Visa Facilitation, Inbound Travel and Worldwide Hotel Reservations.

XTF has been promoted by Energy Horizon and Blue Resources PTE. LTD., a Multi Million and Multi Diversified Singapore-based company that was founded by Emindobiz Advisory PTE. LTD. and having a presence in Singapore, Indonesia, USA and India, covering a wide spectrum of areas, such as – M & A Advisory, Project Financial Restructuring and Deal Management. The Promoters of XTF have invested through 100% FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) making it one of the few in India to have FDI in the Retail Foreign Exchange Business. Recently, in 2019, XTF was awarded with a prestigious license of Authorized Dealer Category – II by Reserve bank of India to facilitate cross-border remittances from India under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme. Currently, XTF is operating from 34 locations, including all major metros in India.
