Xyfil Ltd is a leading e-liquid and vaping manufacturer, with its headquarters based in the UK. Our OEM turn-key solutions encompass all aspects of R&D, compliance, branding and production, bringing you the freshest e-liquid and vaping brands, with the best flavours, from around the world.
Founded in 2014, Xyfil operates from a 40,000 m2 facility in Preston, where we have a dedicated R&D laboratory, compliance consultancy, marketing studio and a production facility that can produce up to 2.5 million bottles per month.
Our bespoke design and development process can accommodate young start-up businesses all the way through to industry leading FMCG brands. We can tailor your flavours, packaging and design to meet international compliance standards, using our in-house compliance service for TPD and ESMA, enabling global market access to your e-liquid products. We can even manage your global distribution through our distribution networks, MyVapery and Vaping LLC.
At Xyfil, we ensure a clean and safe production process. We have ISO 7 clean rooms and are ISO 9001 accredited with Certified Management systems. Our rigorous quality systems assure control throughout each step of the manufacturing process to provide a high-quality and compliant end product.
