About Xylome
Xylome is a synthetic biology company with a deep understanding and proprietary genomic tools for the manipulation of non-conventional yeasts.
Xylome's mission is to create sustainable ingredients, such as a white RBD palm oil bio-identical replacement, and a fish oil bio-identical replacement, for large markets, which have sustainability issues or for very high value products for unmet medical needs.
Xylome leverages our lipid-based technology for high value drug delivery products for internal and external programs involving hydrophobic drug delivery and topical pharmaceutical products. Our lead internal program is the development of a new class of antifungal for serve burns in a world-wide license agreement with the University of Wisconsin.
