Y-PERN is a collaboration between 12 Universities and 17 councils/ combined authorities across Yorkshire and the Humber.

We are transforming the way university academic experts, knowledge exchange professionals and policymakers in local government connect and collaborate – so that they can more efficiently and effectively co-create and deliver innovative policies that bring real benefits to communities and the places in which they live.
