YAD Capital entered 2025 with a £9.8m Gross Asset Value and a team of 20. Since then, the group has grown to 48 people with GAV of c.£15.4m, driven by disciplined acquisitions of cash-generative businesses and strategic real estate ownership. We have an active pipeline and are focused on building toward c.£25m GAV by 2026, while staying true to a conservative, cash-led investment approach.
