Yukon stands for a new way of project management in the construction sector. Inspired by the Lean Management Philosophy we focus on people, both as the users of buildings and structures and as the most important factor in the design and construction process.

We support owners within all project delivery models to align project goals with the needs of their customers. Based on the customer value we integrate people in projects to generate flow and reliable processes in design and construction and to create a culture of continuous improvement.

Our new project management approach combines skills in implementing Lean methods with coaching, moderation and mediation. Our responsibility within projects is to develop high performance teams and to create conditions where people can bring in their talents and ressources in the best way to achieve common project goals. Our own actions are guided by the principle „best for project“.
