MISSION
YWCA Cambridge, a trusted community leader, responds to the needs of cis and trans women and girls and non-binary and two-spirit individuals through innovative programs, services and advocacy which build capacity and strengthen our community.
VISION
Through leadership, advocacy and program delivery, YWCA Cambridge will create a community where women and girls are respected, valued and equal.

Women’s Leadership – we work with & for women & from a women’s perspective. We believe women must take leadership in order to achieve equity & equality for all women.
Accessibility – We are committed to being accessible & welcoming to all people who participate in our work, our programs & our services.
