Zenko International is led by an experienced team located across 2 offices: our head office, Zenko Monaco and Zenko Lithuania.
Dedicated to meeting our clients’ exact expectations, we work in cross-functional teams appointed to each stage of the project's life-cycle. Our multidisciplinary team of consultancy specialists combine end-to-end holistic management, Theory of Constrains (TOC), and Lean management principles. As a seamless extension of the client’s teams, we work in-house, over several consecutive days if needed, to analyse the client’s business processes as a whole, pinpointing critical inefficiencies and leverage points throughout the entire value chain.
