Zenner Metering Technology (Shanghai) Ltd., established in 2011 as a China-German joint venture with a registered capital of 292 million yuan (approximately 40 million USD), became publicly listed in China on February 20, 2023, under the stock abbreviation 'Zenner Metering' and stock code 301303. Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a 'Small Technology Giant', Zenner and its subsidiaries hold nearly 600 intellectual property rights, including 40 national invention patents.
