A $220 million funding round will help advance a potential new treatment for patients with multiple myeloma.
Ropes & Gray advised Pfizer in connection with its participation in CellCentric’s oversubscribed Series D financing to support the continued development of inobrodib, a first-in-class oral p300/CBP inhibitor now in registration-enabling clinical trials for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
The transaction builds on Ropes & Gray’s work advising Pfizer on its 2023 strategic investment in CellCentric.
The team was led by Bradford Flint, David Dowling, Velyana Borisova, and Iain Fox, with support from David Saltzman and Lisa 文琳 Kaltenbrunner.
