She's been inside XCharge since 2021, building the European business from the ground up - starting in business development, moving into sales leadership across the region, and taking on the full Head of Europe role in 2023. Nearly five years of steady expansion across one of the most complex EV infrastructure markets in the world. Before XCharge, she was at EVBox and E.ON Drive, which means her roots in the European EV charging ecosystem run deep.

The expanded mandate is notable - alongside continuing to lead European operations, she's now taking direct responsibility for XCharge's information security and cybersecurity efforts. As EV charging infrastructure becomes increasingly connected and mission-critical, that's a serious addition to the portfolio, not a ceremonial one.
