If I’m honest, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in this industry is that technology can never replace relationships. 💭🏡
Over the years, estate agency became more focused on systems 📱, algorithms, and automation.
We embraced a lot of that too.
But looking back, I think we moved away from the traditional side of the business too quickly.
Because at its core, this job is about people 🤝.
It’s about answering the phone ☎️, guiding clients through difficult moments, and making sure they always feel supported.
That’s why we’ve gone back to blending both worlds.
Clients can access everything online 💻, from feedback to offers and statements, but they can also pick up the phone and speak to us directly whenever they need to.
The tech matters.
But the relationship matters more ❤️
