I’ve had plenty of conversations where the honest advice wasn’t the easiest advice.

Talking realistically about pricing 📊, buyer behaviour, or what could go wrong if the launch isn’t handled properly.
But those early conversations are often what prevent bigger problems later.

Because property issues rarely appear overnight ⚠️.
They build quietly from small decisions made at the start.

A question worth asking is this, did the agent explain the risks... or just reinforce the optimism? ❓

One creates control.
The other usually leads to correction later.
