Pollack has led Urbis since 2016, building the planning, design and advisory firm into one of Australia's most recognised consultancies. His career spans nearly three decades across professional services, with previous roles at PPB Advisory and executive training at Harvard Business School's Leading Professional Service Firms program.

At Urbanity-26, Pollack will share his perspective on leadership, the opportunities ahead for the industry and how businesses can navigate rapid change in the age of AI.
