Joining the Urbanity-26 stage this July: Christopher Tyas, founder and creative director of CADRE.
Over 15 years, Tyas has built Cadre into a design-led development group with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial and large-format retail. Now he's turning his focus to co-living, with plans filed for The Nest, a 50-unit co-living project in Mullumbimby in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales.
At Urbanity-26, Tyas will unpack why design-led development and co-living are central to building precincts that work for the next generation.
22-24 July. The Star Gold Coast.
