You have about one second when a buyer lands on your MSP homepage.
One second to make them think "these are my people," or "next."
Two things have to be there, instantly.
1. A headline that names what you do plus where you do it.
"Managed IT Services in [Your City]." "Business IT Support in [Your City]." Same line in your page title for SEO. No clever taglines, no abstract value props. The buyer needs to confirm they're in the right place in milliseconds.
2. A team photo. And not the version most MSP sites use.
The stiff "everyone line up against the brick wall" team shot is the most common and the worst-converting. The version that actually moves buyers is the one where your team genuinely looks like a team. Carrying leadership together. Real warmth. Even a hug.
It silently answers the question buyers are really asking on your homepage. "Are these the people I want to work with for the next 5 to 10 years?"
This is one of those small, almost invisible decisions that quietly compounds over thousands of homepage visits a year.
When was the last time you looked at your hero image cold?
