Building Trust: Sourcechange's Team Dynamics Beyond the Office

Last night, the Sourcechange team traded candidate pipelines for curry and bowling in Brick Lane.

The relationships we build outside of client calls are what hold up when a placement goes sideways at 9pm on a Friday, or a candidate gets cold feet 48 hours before start date.

The work we do is high-stakes.
Clients making capital decisions on multi-hundred-million-pound energy infrastructure projects.
Candidates navigating career-defining moves into BESS development, renewable finance, utility-scale construction leadership.

When the pressure's on, you need a team that backs each other without hesitation. That doesn't happen in Slack threads.
It happens here, over tolerable bowling skills and debating whose curry choice was the worst decision.
