Our CEO, Saul W. Marquez, closed out #DeviceTalksBoston 2026 from the stage, joining the DeviceTalks live podcast hosted by Tom Salemi to recap two days of keynotes and interviews.

Saul and Alexis Anderson, MPH's (our VP of Research and Insights) case for showing up in person, after roughly 21 on-site interviews: you can't shake a hand through a screen. A twelve-minute hallway conversation often carries more weight than an hour on video.

Out of the many conversations, two floor conversations stuck with them as highlighted in the recap podcast. Christian Howell of Cognito Therapeutics, Inc. resurfaced the four R's, readout, regulatory, reimbursement, revenue; run the discipline on repeat and you build a reproducible company. Reza Khorasaninejad of LEADOPTIK returned to the same stage two years after presenting without FDA approval, now with approval, pilots underway, and an AI platform taking shape.

Fellow guests rounded it out: Etienne Nichols of Greenlight Guru on why making a difference matters, and the questions AI raises around accountability, and Holly Scott of The Mullings Group on the trust and intention only in-person connection builds.
