CycloTech is taking a fundamentally different approach.
Its BlackBird demonstrator has successfully completed its maiden flight using CycloRotors, a propulsion system capable of producing 360-degree thrust vectoring.
Instead of relying on fixed propellers, the aircraft can direct thrust instantly in almost any direction, enabling:
• Sideways flight without banking
• More precise hovering and positioning
• Improved control in crosswinds
• Greater maneuverability in confined urban environments
