
Exploring Fred Korematsu's Legacy: A 90-Minute Field Trip for Students
What does it look like to stand up for justice? What does it mean to be an American? This May, we have teamed up with the 1990 Institute and the Santa Clara County Office of Education to take students on a "90-minute field trip" through the life of Fred Korematsu. From his early life to the fight to reopen his landmark case, weโre helping teachers bring this vital history into the classroom in a way that really sticks.
