Geraldine McMurdie, Dementia Specialist at QCS, brings over 20 years of experience across the NHS, local authorities, independent providers and the third sector, with a strong focus on improving outcomes for people living with dementia.

She has played a key role in shaping the QCS Dementia Centre, helping develop practical tools, resources and guidance designed to support care teams in delivering confident, person-centred dementia care.
