The company specialises in Quantity Surveying and Project Management across a diverse range of commercial, residential and institutional projects in both the public and private sectors.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Providegeneraladministrativesupport,includingsettingupnewprojectsoninternal systems, including Coretime
- Entering sales and purchases invoice on Big Red Cloud
- Coordinate documents for tender submissions
- Manageincomingemailsanddailypost
- General office organisation, including stationery management
- Handle petty cash
- Arrange couriers
- Other ad hoc duties as they arise
- Experience in a similar administrative or reception role
- Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use initiative
- Hardworking, reliable, motivated, trustworthy, and eager to learn
- Strong command of the English language
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
