AIKO is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day organizational and operational activities.
The role includes travel arrangements, office supply management, small shipments, and coordination with suppliers, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company’s daily operations.
Part-time, 21 hours per week, 7-months contract.

AIKO is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day organizational and operational activities.
The role includes travel arrangements, office supply management, small shipments, and coordination with suppliers, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company’s daily operations.
Part-time, 21 hours per week, 7-months contract.
Tasks
- Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and business trips.
- Coordinate internal office supply orders and equipment needs.
- Handle shipments and relations with couriers and logistics providers.
- Maintain contact with suppliers and assist in obtaining quotes.
- Support internal meeting logistics and office coordination.
- Update operational documents and data registers.
- Previous experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication abilities and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with office tools (Excel, Office Suite or similar).
- Experience in travel management.
- Experience dealing with suppliers or light procurement activities.
