EvoluteIQ Secures $53M Investment, Appoints Key Leadership to Scale Globally

A $53 million backing and two key hires mark the next phase for EvoluteIQ. Backed by Baird Capital, the company has named Paul Maguire as Chief Growth Officer and Abhinaya S R as Chief Human Resources Officer as it scales globally.

The move also puts Bengaluru at the centre of its strategy. CEO and Co-founder Sameet Gupte said, “India has been foundational to our success. The intellectual capital, engineering depth, and problem-solving rigour that emanate from Bengaluru are not a support function for our global ambition but the engine of it.”

Abhinaya will lead global people strategy, while Maguire drives go-to-market across regions. “India has long been the world’s talent powerhouse, and today, that talent is defining technology, not just executing it.
