Thirty days from today, I want you to be measurably closer to your leadership goal than you are right now.
Not magically transformed, just specifically, tangibly closer.
Let’s define what that looks like together before the new week starts.

To build real momentum, take a quiet moment tonight to clarify three things:
➡️ Where you are TODAY in your leadership journey (be honest).
➡️ Where you want to be 30 days from now (one clear milestone).
➡️ The ONE action you are committing to in the next 7 days to start moving toward that milestone.

That is completely okay. Transparency and psychological safety are core values here.
