Reyes Beverage Group just closed its largest deal ever — adding 38 million cases to its already massive network. 📦🍷
The company finalized its acquisition of 11 RNDC markets on Friday, bringing its total volume to more than 360 million cases and expanding its footprint to cover 52% of the U.S. legal-drinking-age population. The newly formed RBG Spirits and Wine will serve 135,000+ customers across states including Texas, Florida and Virginia, while adding 5,200 employees to push Reyes’ workforce past 15,000.
And this is only the first chapter in RNDC’s territory sell-off, with multiple additional deals now in motion across the country.
