A "dumb open space" isn't a dead end.

A "dumb open space" isn't a dead end. It's a brief.

Our customer needed a space for 50 more desks, what they had was a big open mezzanine. The real problem wasn't the space. It was the glare, height, and a live office that couldn't afford any downtime.

We specified the TESSTM 140 with a 5% openness factor screen fabric. Just enough to cut the glare, yet light enough not to kill the feel of the floor below. The grey shade didn't fight the existing fit out, it complemented it.

The fix points were high, so a full scaffold birdcage went in. Installation was completed over the weekend. On Monday morning, 50 people sat down to work in a space that hadn't existed on Friday.

That's what good specification looks like in practice, a solution that solves the actual problem without making a fuss.

Got a space that's fighting back? Problem solving is what we do. Let's talk. [email protected]
